CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the “VERONA GRAND OPENING CONTEST”! We are beyond excited to celebrate this new chapter with you by giving away an exclusive prize for your special event. Please review the terms and conditions carefully:

1. Contest Name

VERONA GRAND OPENING CONTEST

2. Contest Period

  • Start Date: Monday, August 25, 2025

  • End Date: Sunday, September 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM (local time)

  • Entries submitted after this date will not be valid.

3. Contest Dynamics

  • Register through the official campaign form available on Facebook or via the link in our Instagram bio.

  • All valid registrations within the contest period will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

4. Prize

  • The winner will receive a $2,000 USD credit to be used exclusively for services and products from Verona Atelier.

  • The prize is consumable in a single event (partial consumptions or multiple events are not allowed).

  • Note: Taxes and delivery are not included.

5. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals 21 years or older.

  • Valid exclusively for residents of Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

  • Not applicable to previously booked or completed events.

6. Prize Restrictions

  • Subject to schedule and service availability.

  • The event must take place within 6 months from the winner announcement date.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Winner must sign a formal service order to redeem the prize.

  • Delivery outside the regular service area will incur additional charges.

7. Winner Selection

  • Winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

  • The winner will be announced on September 21, 2025, through Verona Atelier’s official social media accounts.

  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.

8. Image Release

By participating, the winner agrees to allow Verona Atelier to use event photos and videos for promotional purposes.

9. Organizer

This contest is organized exclusively by Verona Atelier and is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.

10. Acceptance

By entering the contest, participants explicitly accept these terms and conditions in full.
